Farm with work to be done

It actually concerns two houses, the 20 meter long farm and a house that you can easily use as a guest house. The basis is good, the farm has the well-known 50 cm thick walls and oak beams and will outlive us all. But the whole has been empty for a while, so something has to be done about it soon, due to overdue maintenance. No problem for the handyman and you can't beat the price, you buy a lot of space for not too much money.
You enter the house through the spacious hall, followed by the living room with fireplace and beamed ceiling, the dining room, kitchen and a bedroom. Furthermore, the toilet and bathroom. A conservatory has been added to the rear of the house, but it has seen better days. From here you have a view over the adjacent landscape with some hills on the horizon. Next to the garage you will find a shed with access to the attic of the farm that has not yet been used. On the side of the house three sheds and a chicken coop/storage room of 60m². The septic tank is not up to standard and at the rear there are some broken tiles. If you buy it, that will be the first point of attention.
The second house is at the front and has a view to the hills and the authentic laundry room on the other side. Inside you will find the living room with open kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs a bedroom and bathroom.
The 1.6000m² garden borders a stream and offers a view of the surrounding hills.
The farm is located in a hamlet and because there is little traffic you can easily walk the paved roads. But the forest is also nearby. The bakery is only 5 minutes away, the supermarket a little further away.

All in all, an object for someone who is willing and able to roll up their sleeves.
