Small but nice, with a view of 1.000m²

This house has always been used as a holiday home and given its location and size, that makes sense.
The house is located on a dead-end road and has a view of a Burgundian meadow with of course the characteristic white Charolais cows. Silence is the first thing you notice when you get out of the car and that means relaxing after hectic work weeks. The garden is large enough to relax in and small enough not to require too much maintenance.
The same applies to the house, which now only consists of a (bed)room with kitchen and bathroom. In the latter you will also find the toilet. On the side there is another storage space that could possibly be added. The attic has not yet been put into use and now serves as a heat lock on sunny days. The house has been well cared for; the roof seems to be in order and the doors have recently been replaced by PVC with double glazing.
All in all, a nice holiday spot for a price lower than that of a small caravan.
