Fine country house on over 1.000m² with views

You are right to see three houses while I am talking about just one. It was originally three houses that have been intertwined by time into one, comfortable home. And that means a lot of space, because roughly speaking, one house serves as a kitchen, one as a living room and one as a bedroom. And inside, it is recognisable only by the level difference between the houses.

You enter the house in the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped and also has a door to the covered terrace in the garden. The kitchen still has the old sink that has been reused. The attic above this part of the house is only accessible from outside and serves as storage.

From the kitchen, three steps lead down to the cosy living room with wood-burning stove. Both here and in the kitchen you will find a large dining table around which you can enjoy burgundian meals with the family. A sliding door gives access to the third house where you find another entrance, the stairs to the first floor, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom. And there is another advantage of this originally being a separate house, because in the bedroom there is still a chimney with a wood-burning stove. A room where you can retreat to when the hustle and bustle of the day gets too much for you. The room has enough space for the bed but also for an easy chair.

Upstairs is a bright landing with two further bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This space extends over two of the cottages and was recently added to the living area.

For the morning sun you can stay at the front of the house, for the (setting) evening sun you can go under the veranda or the terrace in the back garden. As the house is situated on a hill, you have ample views of the surroundings and the cows in the adjacent meadow. The garden also has a wood store and a shed for the necessary garden tools.

And as you may already be used to hearing from me, this house is of course located on a dead-end road.

All in all, a comfortable house that you can move into right away and start enjoying a burgundian country life.
