House with mini campsite

With this house, the choice is yours; camping in summer and inside the wood-heated house in winter, or just staying in this comfortable house all year round and sharing this nice feeling with whoever comes. It's up to you.
The house offers a living kitchen of 25m², with all the French characteristics: wood-burning stove with oven, beams and tomettes. The adjacent living room is just as large and also has a wood-burning stove. Both rooms have a door to the garden. Adjoining the living room is a room used as an office for the campsite, with a door to the campsite and a door to the bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms.
In the private garden of about 1.500m² belonging to the house, there are several seating areas, a wooden surface-mounted swimming pool, a wooden hobby shed and several small sheds for garden tools, a pond and a well that supplies the vegetable garden with water.
The garden has its own entrance where there is space for the car and a private view that you do not have to share as the campsite is located at the back of the house and has its own vista.
Behind the house and thus clearly separated from the private garden, the approximately 1.500m² campsite that accommodates 2 wooden chalets of 30m² each, 4 camping pitches and a caravan with its own place. All pitches are spacious and equipped with a 16Amp power point.
The camping bathroom is located at the rear of the house; a bathroom with shower and toilet where there is also a washing machine and another room with a toilet and urinal.
The washing-up area is outside.
Furthermore, there is a terrace, where it is lovely to spend the afternoon with a glass of wine, a jeu de boule court, a fire pit and a well.
Both chalets offer space for a sitting area with kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds and a shower/toilet room.
At the front, with a view over the campsite and the opposite hill, a nice covered balcony.
Next to the campsite there is a 2.500m² large quiet area. But here there is also a trampoline, a table tennis table for the more sporty campers and another fire pit.
On the roof of the house and on one of the chalets there are solar panels.
As mentioned before, the campsite is not far from the shortcut that connects the Netherlands with the sunnier south, so campers are automatically led to the campsite. It is always exciting to come home and find unexpected guests. The chalets are usually booked in advance.
The area is quiet and lends itself to cycling and walking tours, an ideal place to meet.
All in all a house where you can move in immediately with a campsite that mainly provides a lot of cosiness and satisfaction and also a modest income; the icing on the cake because the cake is the Burgundian life itself.
